1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
Digital products once delivered
Subscription time already used
Discord role access or automated services
User error or failure to read product descriptions
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
The product was never delivered
A technical issue on our side prevented access and cannot be resolved
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
Immediate service termination
Permanent blacklist from future purchases
